Dessert Holdings is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), in St Paul, MN, who will serve as a strategic business partner to the Food service Sales team, driving financial insights and decision-making to support the channel's growth and profitability objectives. This role will support financial budgeting, pricing and deal analytics, and business performance analytics, delivering insights to help guide strategic initiatives.

- Serve as the primary finance business partner to the Food service Channel Sales team.
- Partner cross-functionally to aid financial modeling, analysis, and channel strategy development.
- Lead new product pricing, optimizing sales and margin for a robust innovation pipeline.
- Partner with the commercial team to develop accurate sales forecasts, understand performance gaps vs. budget/forecast, and identify key risks and upside opportunities.
- Analyze operational and financial data to drive actionable insights into business performance.
- Provide financial support for monthly business reviews and Board meetings.
- Collaborate with FP&A Manager supporting the Retail channel to leverage best practices and drive continuous process improvement, simplifying, eliminating, and/or automating where possible.
- Support and hoc analysis and special projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 3+ years of financial, analytical, and budgeting experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and standard financial software applications.
- EBM Catalyst and Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication, problem solving skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfort with cross-functional environments and supporting cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Ability to "tell the story behind the number", translating financial analysis into meaningful insights for both finance and non-finance peers.
- Capable of multi-tasking across projects of varying scope and complexity.
- Consumer Packaged Goods industry and manufacturing experience a plus.
