POSITION SUMMARYResponsible for performing a variety of post-closing loan servicing tasks. Functions include opening mail, checking in files, stacking, DDH, and responding to routine client inquiries. This position requires a high level of accuracy and the ability to work with loan documentation, state specific standards, and compliance deadlines per client direction. Assist supervisor in the post-closing department in managing the day-to-day operations with employee's direction in assigning tasks and prioritizing workflow.
Speak with clients to ensure that workflow is handled in a timely manner. Ensuring fast and accurate documentation; quality customer service and support where needed to ensure team success.
- Audit/Quality control as per Client/Lender provided guidelines
- Timely delivery of post-closing package or note to various lenders for funding
- Check-in closing packages and/or Note into DDH/Audit Genius with accuracy
- Stack and audit post-closing packages up to 300 pages
- Ability to understand all recordable documents and to identify them
- Ability to handle client issues and corrections with professional responses via email
- Ability to work quickly and calmly in a busy environment
- Critical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail is crucial
- Solid organizational skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with team members
- Strong customer service skills
- Assign responsibilities to the team members and track completion.
- Daily communication with the co-workers abroad, regarding training, processing issues and updates.
- Help create and provide training materials and direction for processing for staff.
- Assist in providing training and coaching for all team members.
- Keep team members informed of various updates/changes.
- Join and engage with clients and monthly partnership calls.
