Full Time | Financial Analytics | Hybrid Role

• Responsible for performing complex financial analysis related to reimbursement and net revenue.
• Supports system-level net revenue reporting accuracy and financial statements.
• Develops analytics to identify and explain net revenue performance drivers.
• Reports to Director of Net Revenue.

Salary Range: $99,000 -- $130,000

Full-time. Hybrid; onsite requirement includes Wednesdays and as needed.

• Support monthly financial close, including trend modeling and variance analysis.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial data and identify key trends for leadership decision-making.
• Contribute to accounting reserve methodologies.
• Prepare reporting schedules for auditors and external stakeholders.
• Develop managed care contract performance reports.
• Collaborate across departments including finance leadership.
• Support net revenue system implementations and cross‑functional projects.
• Monitor reimbursement and regulatory changes.
• Serve as mentor and resource to junior staff.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Economics (required).
• Minimum 7 years of net revenue experience (required).
• Must have Kodiak (Crowe) experience – non‑negotiable.
• Revenue accounting knowledge (required).
• Understanding of reimbursement structures (commercial and government payors) (required).
• Experience with systems such as Excel, Lawson, EPSI, and Crowe RCA (preferred).
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills (required).
• CPA (preferred).
• Must live in Houston or surrounding area and be available onsite as needed.
