Vice President of Finance
Our client is a private equity‑backed, tech‑enabled customer experience and outsourcing business. The Vice President of Finance will play an integral role in building upon the finance infrastructure of a high‑growth platform. In addition to the typical finance toolkit, M&A and integration experience is a plus. The right person will play a hands‑on role in shaping the team, systems and future growth strategy of the business.
International experience and experience in a SaaS / Software / BPO platform is a plus.
Remote (Preference for Northeast or East Coast)
Responsibilities- Build and enhance finance infrastructure for a high‑growth tech‑enabled outsourcing platform.
- Lead M&A and integration initiatives.
- Shape the finance team, systems, and growth strategy.
- Utilize international and SaaS/BPO platform experience to support business expansion.
- Senior finance experience (VP or equivalent).
- Experience in M&A, integration, and high‑growth environments.
- Knowledge of SaaS/Software/BPO platforms.
- International experience.
