About the Role
The Ely Area Credit Union is located in northern St Louis County and has branches in Ely and Babbitt. We currently have an opening for a loan officer at our Ely Branch. Our loan officers not only underwrite and approve consumer and mortgage loans, they also provide member services as needed. The successful candidate will enjoy working with people and numbers.
Qualificationsand Skills
- College degree or a minimum 2 years of consumer lending and mortgage lending experience.
- Capable of working independently and accomplishing tasks as assigned.
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Outgoing and Friendly personality
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
- A high level ability to work with numbers and retain information.
Salary will depend on qualifications and experience. The Ely Area Credit Union offers a competitive salary, medical and dental insurance, Paid Time Off, 401K with an employer match, paid holidays, and life insurance.
