Twin City Staffing is seeking a collections and expense associate to join a professional team in the Saint Paul, MN area! This role is a vital mix of accounts receivable support and corporate expense management. Location: Saint Paul, MN

Wage: $50,000 - $60,000/year | DOE

Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Position Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

Duties of the collections and expense associate:

• Manage collections, aging reports, and delinquent accounts, including coordination with third-party agencies
• Resolve billing discrepancies and maintain accurate records in Quick Books Online
• Review employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions for accuracy and compliance
• Support Sunshine Act/Open Payments reporting, expense tracking, and reimbursement processing
• Assist with accounts payable functions and maintain records for audits and compliance

Requirements of the collections and expense associate:

• 2+ years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, expense reporting, or accounting
• Proficiency with Quick Books Online, Microsoft Excel, and accounting software
• Experience reviewing expense reports, corporate credit cards, and financial reconciliations
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, subscription billing, or Sunshine Act reporting is a plus
