As the Senior Corporate FP&A Analyst at H.B. Fuller, you will support strategic decision‑making by providing high‑quality financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis across the organization. This role is essential to the annual budgeting process, quarterly outlooks, and monthly reporting cycles, driving financial discipline, improving forecast accuracy, and enhancing financial processes.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Support the full FP&A cycle, including budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range strategic planning. Design, build, and maintain robust financial models to evaluate scenarios and assess the impact of strategic and operational decisions.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for the Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Develop and standardize management reporting tools, templates, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Continuous Process Improvement: Collaborate across finance and business units to identify automation opportunities, reduce cycle times, and improve forecast quality. Design and implement process improvements, new workflows, controls, and technology enhancements.
  • M&A: Support the FP&A Director on M&A integration, including post‑deal integration reviews, synergy tracking, and performance monitoring throughout the integration lifecycle.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial analysis within a multinational corporate FP&A environment; or Master’s degree with at least 4 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, One Stream, and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience with management information systems, business analysis, and financial planning processes.
  • Project management skills and a track record of successful process and system improvement initiatives.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • CPA or CMA designation (preferred). Multiple language skills (Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese) are a plus.
