Job Description
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in‑office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
Manages a specialty asset portfolio within the Asset Management Group client trust and agency accounts. Provides expert advice and counsel in one of the following types of portfolios: loans and liabilities; farms, ranches, and timber; real estate; natural resources, private equity, or personal property. Responsible for the management, analysis, retention, development, and growth of these portfolios. Background specific to portfolio type is essential.
BasicQualifications
- One to three years of experience in asset management and/or property management, or
- One to three years of experience in (specific asset type)
- One to three years of experience in loan servicing or financial services involving lending highly preferred.
- Working knowledge of loans and lending, including interest accrual highly preferred.
- Experience reviewing loan documentation, including collateral documents and amendments highly preferred.
- Basic knowledge of portfolio management, administration, and portfolio analysis/risk management
- Basic knowledge of fiduciary principles and the implications of financial and estate planning on asset strategies
- Basic analytical, mathematical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to identify and resolve moderate problems with minimal guidance
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
- Good negotiation and client management skills
- Well‑developed customer service/relations skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $81,515.00 - $95,900.00
