The Community Action Partnership of Ramsey & Washington Counties (CAPRW) is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead all financial activities and ensure strong financial stewardship. The ideal candidate will have significant nonprofit financial leadership experience and an understanding of federal and state grant management.
This in-person role based in St. Paul includes responsibilities such as overseeing accounting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with funding requirements. Additionally, the CFO will mentor a high-performing finance team and build collaborative partnerships across the organization.
