This role is responsible for engaging clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. It also involves accurately and efficiently processing cash transactions for clients as needed and having deep conversations with clients to understand their financial and life priorities, connecting them to solutions that meet their goals.

- Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to meet their financial needs.
- Follow established processes and guidelines in daily activities while adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
- Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
- Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively to drive the client experience.
- Manage cash responsibilities.
- Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and focus on results, always acting in the best interest of the client.

- Efficient time and capacity management, focusing on results while acting in the best interest of the client.
- Willingness to work weekends and/or extended hours, scheduled at any financial center location within a reasonable distance.
- Experience in financial services and knowledge of industry products and solutions.
- One year of successful sales experience in a salary‑plus‑incentive environment with individual sales goals.
- Six months of cash handling experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or business‑relevant associate’s degree (business management, business administration, finance).
