Job Description

The Small Business Connect Specialist provides exceptional customer service and comprehensive financial solutions to small business clients with annual revenues up to $2.5M. This hybrid call‑center role focuses on proactive outbound calling, supporting branch‑based small business clients, and leveraging digital tools to build trusted relationships. The Specialist works three days per week at the assigned call center location.

• Identify customer needs and open and service accounts.
• Recommend appropriate product solutions.
• Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and growth goals.
• Collaborate with branch partners and internal business lines to generate referral opportunities and refer clients to Business Banking or other U.S. Bancorp partners when additional needs arise.

• NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act and related regulations and ongoing compliance requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of customer service, sales, and/or prospecting experience.

• Comprehensive knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
• Knowledge of cash flow management, business credit underwriting, and ability to communicate with underwriters.
• Excellent customer service aligned with U.S. Bank Core Values.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective business recommendation.
• Understanding of banking operations, product knowledge, sales, new business development, customer service, and community relations.
• High‑volume outbound call or call‑center experience.

12:30 pm – 9:00 pm CST (three days per week).

Must work from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

Pay range: $27.50 - $36.68 per hour. The actual range may vary by location.
