Role SummaryAs a Branch Office Administrator, you'll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to our clients and financial advisors. You'll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience.
Responsibilities and Qualifications- Provide exceptional service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure an exceptional experience.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal client support team members.
- Account opening, handling account transfers and other requests at the direction of the financial advisor.
- Process account transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Work independently at the direction of the financial advisor. Handle scheduling appointments, preparing materials for client meetings, managing correspondence, and supporting marketing initiatives.
- Streamline processes with updating SOPs and strategically executing the branch business plan.
- Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
