Location: St. Paul
Harbor Compliance is looking for a Head of Corporate Development who will be responsible for establishing the M&A function from the ground up. In this pivotal role, you will manage the entire deal lifecycle while reporting to the CFO. You will lead proprietary sourcing and ensure high deal velocity with a target of 3-5 closed deals yearly.
The ideal candidate will have between 6 to 10 years of experience in Investment Banking and proven success in Private Equity transactions in the $5M–$100M range. Compensation will range from $186,919 to $233,649 per year, depending on experience.
