** Job Description
** We are hiring a coordinator that provides quality support to investment clients and other internal partners by responding to and resolving issues, submitting and researching requests, and replying to compliance questions associated with operational processing of investment related products and services. Supports all investment operations’ procedures and acts as liaison between clients and back office staff while also engaging front office representatives when appropriate.

Isolates and identifies source of problems for clients. Provides timely resolution to issues to adhere to regulatory requirements and service level agreements. Follows up with internal or external customers ensuring problem resolution. Develops and maintains documentation of all activities.

The successful candidate will report to the Manager of the USBII Settlement team and be responsible for the settlement of U.S. corporate and municipal bond transactions across both DTC and Euroclear platforms. This role is ideal for a settlement professional with broker-dealer experience who is looking to leverage their expertise in fixed-income operations while supporting a high-volume settlement team.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Process and oversee the settlement of U.S. corporate and municipal bond trades.
* Ensure timely and accurate settlement through DTC and Euroclear.
* Monitor and resolve settlement exceptions and discrepancies.
* Coordinate with internal teams, counter parties, and custodians to facilitate efficient trade settlement.
* Maintain compliance with industry regulations, policies, and procedures.
* Support daily operational activities related to fixed-income settlement processing.
** Basic Qualifications**  - High school diploma or equivalent  - Typically five or more years of relevant work experience
** Preferred Skills/Experience**  - Strong operational knowledge of all investments operations’ functions, including thorough knowledge of industry rules and regulations  - Thorough understanding of investments operations such as brokerage, trust or retirement investments
- Prior experience working in a broker-dealer environment
- Strong understanding of the U.S. domestic securities settlement cycle
- Knowledge of fixed-income settlement processes, particularly for corporate and municipal bonds

- Experience with Euroclear settlement operations
- Experience using FIS Phase3
- Familiarity with cross-border fixed-income settlement processes  - Strong customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple task/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
- Well-developed planning, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to identify and resolve/escalate problems
- In working with certain investment products, FINRA licensing may be required
** Location Expectations
** This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
