Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and credit data to evaluate loan requests and recommend appropriate structures.
- Manage portfolio renewals and annual reviews, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Partner with Relationship Managers and internal teams to support client needs and credit inquiries.
- Monitor loan performance and proactively address risk, including past due accounts.
- Prepare and present credit recommendations for loan approval decisions.
- Maintain compliance with credit policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Support portfolio growth by strengthening existing client relationships and identifying opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience
- 1+ years of experience in commercial banking, credit analysis, or lending
- Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel as needed
- Experience with credit underwriting or loan portfolio management (Preferred)
- Familiarity with commercial lending policies and regulatory standards (Preferred)
