Position: Document Custody Associate - Dox Ex 1

Responsibilities

  • Review loan (or collateral) documents and/or handle data processing.
  • Work with external/internal parties to provide reporting, communicate deficiencies, clear exceptions, and execute affidavits and certification documents.
  • Research issues to ensure client satisfaction, quality control, and compliance with custodial agreements.
  • Review complex and highly sensitive collateral documents per custodial agreements.
  • Execute frequent communication with clients regarding account issues and resolve moderately complex issues.
  • Assist in the production of reports for the Quality Management Program and Management Production Report.
  • Provide accurate reporting and certification of document files to management and achieve departmental goals.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously, maintaining high detail orientation and superior client‑service skills.
Basic Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree or three or more years of related experience.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Well‑developed reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated administrative skills.
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and interpret data.
  • Customer‑service skills, including proficient written and verbal communication.
  • Capacity to complete repetitive tasks daily and meet production goals, including deadlines.
  • Strong time‑management skills with collecting, organizing, and sorting letters and numbers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; eBTRUST software experience is a plus.
  • Physical capability: lift, push, or pull 20‑30lbs; sit, stand, bend, or squat for extended periods; climb step ladders up to 10feet.

Pay Range

U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive compensation package.

Pay Range: $21.25 – $28.32 per hour (may vary by location). Additional incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and pension are available subject to eligibility requirements.
