Blaze Credit Union is seeking a Card Dispute/Fraud Specialist to investigate fraud/loss, handle disputes, and process chargebacks on-site at our Minnesota offices. You will review alerts, maintain case files, and provide excellent member service in a high-volume environment.
The role requires 1–2 years in fraud or disputes within financial services, strong documentation skills, and reliability with schedules. On-site, full-time position with competitive benefits in Falcon Heights.
