Associate Wealth Advisor – St. Paul, MN Area

A growing wealth management firm is seeking an Associate Wealth Advisor / Financial Planning Associate to support client planning, advisor preparation, portfolio reviews, CRM documentation, and client follow‑up.

This is a strong opportunity for someone earlier in their advisory career who wants more client exposure, planning experience, and a long‑term growth path within wealth management.

Compensation:
Min. $75K–$110K Base + Bonus + Benefits. Competitive base salary plus a one‑time incentive bonus tied to firm revenue.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support advisors with financial planning and client meeting preparation
  • Assist with retirement planning, investment reviews, estate planning, and tax‑efficient planning discussions
  • Help prepare client reports, portfolio reviews, and planning materials
  • Maintain CRM records, follow‑ups, and client documentation
  • Support ongoing client service and relationship management
  • Use financial planning software, CRM platforms, and portfolio tools
  • Learn to identify planning opportunities and deepen client relationships
  • Maintain strong compliance, fiduciary, and ethical standards
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in wealth management, financial planning, financial services, or advisory support
  • Background as an Associate Advisor, Financial Planning Associate, Paraplanner, CSA, or Junior Financial Advisor
  • Interest in growing into a client‑facing advisory role
  • CFP® completed or in progress (preferred)
  • Series 65 preferred or willingness to obtain
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field preferred
  • Strong organization, communication, and client service skills
