We are looking for a Tax Relief & Reclaim Operations Analyst to support global tax operations related to securities. The role will focus on Tax Relief at Source and Tax Reclaim activities, ensuring accurate documentation, timely processing, and resolution of tax-related issues.

• Review tax documents and verify client eligibility for reduced withholding tax.
• Prepare and track tax forms and supporting documents.
• Support Tax Relief at Source and Tax Reclaim processes.
• Monitor deadlines, income events, and required documentation.
• Follow up with clients, custodians, and internal teams for missing information.
• Prepare and submit reclaim documentation and track its status.
• Research and resolve rejected or incomplete tax reclaims.
• Maintain accurate records and audit-ready documentation.
• Escalate urgent or high-value issues when required.

• 1–2 years of experience in Tax Relief at Source and/or Tax Knowledge of custody operations, securities, or global Understanding of withholding tax and tax documentation is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
