Tri Search is seeking a Global Controller in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area to build and lead a standalone controllership organization. This role reports to the Head of Finance/CFO and will own global close, consolidation, and financial reporting.
Ideal candidates have manufacturing experience, knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, and readiness to oversee an SAP S/4
HANA implementation and the transition to independent company status. An employee ownership program is included.
