Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

We're partnering with a highly respected financial institution with approximately $145B in assets to add a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to its team. Despite the scale and complexity of the organization, the company itself has only around 160 employees-creating an environment where you can get to know the business, work across teams, and have visibility well beyond your individual responsibilities.

In this role, you'll own financial reporting for several affiliated organizations, serving as a key accounting partner to their leadership teams. You'll prepare and analyze shareholder, management, and regulatory reporting
, answer questions about financial results, and help your business partners understand the story behind their numbers.

And the accounting will keep you challenged. This is a sophisticated financial services environment with exposure to areas such as loan accounting, derivatives, and hedging - not a role where you'll find yourself doing the same thing month after month.

• Keep the client interaction. Develop relationships with the Associations you support and become a trusted resource for their accounting and reporting questions.
• Build deeper financial reporting expertise. Gain experience across shareholder, management, and regulatory reporting while continuing to strengthen your GAAP knowledge.

We're looking for someone with strong financial statement preparation experience and ideally 3-4 years in public accounting, although relevant industry financial reporting experience could also translate well.

• Salary Range: $95,000-$115,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
