We are seeking a Funding Operations Analyst to join our Funding Operations team. In this role, you will help support the movement and management of funds across the organization by monitoring cash positions, processing wire activity, completing reconciliations, and producing key operational reporting.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in financial operations, cash management, accounting, or related business disciplines who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift throughout the day.
What You’ll Do
As a Funding Operations Analyst, you will play an important role in ensuring daily funding activities are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
Monitor and manage daily cash funding requirements.
Process wire transactions and support money movement activities.
Balance and monitor cash positions throughout the day.
Complete reconciliations to verify prior-day financial activity.
Prepare reports related to funding, cash management, and reconciliation activities.
Collaborate with internal business partners across operations, finance, capital markets, and middle office teams.
Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.
Support requests and communications through shared team inboxes and internal workflows.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- One to two years of direct experience, or three to five years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Experience with cash management, money movement, wire processing, or related financial operations activities.
Knowledge of funding processes, wire activity, and financial reconciliations.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize and reprioritize work as business needs change.
Experience working in a deadline-driven or real-time operational environment.
Experience with cash management, money movement, wire processing, or related financial operations activities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Location Expectations
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week
