** Minimum Qualifications*
* Two (2) years of experience performing analysis, exercising judgment, and relying on knowledge in audit, risk, or compliance within the financial services industry.  Experience in the financial services industry includes roles within or overseeing banks and credit unions.

A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field is equivalent to one (1) year of experience.

An Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field is equivalent to eighteen (18) months of experience.

Applicants who meet the above education/experience requirements will be further evaluated based on the following:

+ Must live within the Twin Cities Metro Area.

+ Experience analyzing and evaluating data and preparing reports for review.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a variety of audiences.

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Prior experience with mortgage, title, appraisal, other related mortgage industry experience, or other non-depository financial institutions.

+ Knowledge of practices and internal controls of Mortgage Originator and Servicer Institutions or other non-depository financial institutions.

+ Knowledge of State and Federal statutes and rules applicable to mortgage licensees or other non-depository financial institutions.

** Physical Requirements*
* Requires occasional moving of articles such as boxes, accounting records, laptop computer, and portable printer.
