Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

This Senior Financial Analyst will play a key role in transforming how financial information is reported and communicated
, building reporting that ultimately reaches executive leadership, the Board, and the company’s private equity investors. With significant technology transformation underway, including One Stream and S/4

HANA, this is an opportunity to help create the next generation of reporting rather than simply maintain what’s already there.

• Get visibility at the highest levels. Help prepare reporting and presentations used by executive leadership, the Board, lenders, and private equity ownership.
• Be part of a finance transformation. Play a meaningful role in evolving reporting infrastructure as the organization continues implementing and optimizing One Stream and other new technologies.
• Don’t just produce reports, improve them. Look at the information leadership receives today, ask better questions, and find new ways to automate, visualize, and communicate the story behind the numbers.
• Use technology to make finance better. Leverage tools such as One Stream, Alteryx and S/4
  
  HANA to improve processes and build more sophisticated reporting.
• Learn the PE side of finance. Gain exposure to Adjusted EBITDA, management adjustments, investor reporting, and the metrics that matter in a large private equity-backed organization.
• Stay challenged without sacrificing your life. The team strives for approximately 40-hour work weeks, with some periods closer to 45 hours around close.

While the Senior level is targeted toward someone with approximately 5+ years of finance/accounting experience
, we’re also interested in strong earlier-career candidates who could enter at the Financial Analyst level and develop into Senior over the next 1-2 years.

• Salary Range: up to approximately $106,500 base + 7% bonus

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual’s experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.

This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
