Minnesota Housing is hiring! We're a mission-focused financial institution looking for a Housing Stability Program Manager who will administer grant-based programs across the state to help prevent and end homelessness. The qualified candidate will work with and support community partners including Tribal Nations, non-profit organizations, Continuums of Care regions, Coordinated Entry systems, people with lived experience of homelessness and property owners.

** Essential

Job Duties *
* + This position will support, administer, implement, and evaluate the Family Homelessness Prevention and Assistance Program (FHPAP), which is funded through state appropriations and delivered through local program administrators.

+ Collaborate with the team to advance equitable access to services and housing, recognizing that this work occurs within systems shaped by institutional racism.

+ Acknowledge and address mistakes when they occur, taking responsibility, repairing harm where possible, and using lessons learned to strengthen equity efforts-particularly for Indigenous and Black Minnesotans.

+ Engage with community partners and individuals with lived experience, using their insights as qualitative data to guide and inform ongoing equity work.

+ Perform other duties as assigned.

** Minimum Qualifications*
* ** To be qualified for and considered for this position, applicants must meet all of the minimum qualifications listed below. Ensure that your resume contains descriptions of your work experiences sufficient for comparison against the requirements stated below and indicate the beginning and ending month and year for each job held.*
* ** Only applicants whose resumes clearly demonstrate fulfillment of each of these minimum qualifications will be considered for this position.*
* + Three (3) years of experience managing and administering housing programs that focus on preventing and ending homelessness. Examples of applicable programs can include FHPAP, HTF Rental Assistance, Bridges Rental Assistance, Housing Support, Housing Stabilization Services, HUD McKinney-Vento funding.

+  
** A Bachelor's degree in Public Affairs, Public Policy, Federal Affairs, Housing, Urban Planning or Business may substitute for 12 months of experience - or - a Master's degree in the listed fields may substitute for 18 months of experience*
* + Experience designing, implementing, and evaluating grant programs.

+ Comprehensive understanding of the homeless response system, including how property owners, program administrators and stakeholders operate in the environment.
