Ramsey County Workforce Solutions hosts the Young Adult Career Academy (YACA), a paid exploration and internship program for Ramsey County residents aged 18-25. The 20-week commitment includes 10 weeks of career exploration across county departments and 10 weeks of paid internships in designated departments such as Parks & Recreation, Public Works, Social Services, or Emergency Communications.
Hourly rate is $19.83 with a Monday–Friday schedule, 9:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m., plus Friday
