The State of Minnesota is committed to equity and inclusion, and invests in employees by providing benefits, support resources, and training and development opportunities.
The Office of Grants Management (OGM) works in partnership with more than 30 Executive Branch grant making agencies, boards, commissions, etc., to standardize, streamline, and improve state grant management practices and increase public information about state grant opportunities.
We are seeking a Training and Communications Specialist to support OGM's efforts toward building the knowledge base and capabilities of state staff engaged in administration of state grant investments. In this position, you will support planning, delivery, and evaluation of OGM's training, reporting, and communication activities that impact all state grant making agencies, political leaders, state grantees and applicants, and the wider public.
This position will develop and maintain OGM's website, analyze and compile grants data from agencies, and support the grantee performance evaluation data system and users of the system.
This position is eligible for up to a 50% hybrid telework arrangement. With a telework agreement, additional onsite attendance may be required for team meetings or as requested by management to meet business needs. Completion of a telework agreement will be required.

- Basic knowledge of OGM's grants management policies.
- Knowledge of website design and best practices.
- Experience using Tridion.
- Experience with Articulate 360.
- Knowledge of accessibility concepts, standards, and accommodations for learners.
- Experience working with culturally diverse groups and organizations.
