About the Position:
As the workforce management specialist, incumbent will serve as the principal staff advisor to the District Commander, Corporate Board, and district staff principles on matters relating to civilian workforce management. Advises or guides managers in making the most effective workforce management program decisions that support the values and behaviors of the USACE Strategic Vision.

This position has a Telework status of Situational only. Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs is not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government interest.
