As a Hairdresser, you will provide exceptional hair care services, combining technical skill with a compassionate touch, to help our residents feel confident and beautiful.

• Provide haircutting, styling, and coloring services to residents in a safe and respectful manner.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of each resident's hair care needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with other care team members to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care and support.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment in the salon area.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure excellent customer service.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve services and outcomes.

• A passion for hairdressing and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• A high school diploma or equivalent required; degree in cosmetology or related field preferred.
• Current licensure in the state of Minnesota.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
