• Perform personal care tasks, including feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring.
• Assist with fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates.
• Ensure client safety and maintain a safe environment.
• Encourage self‑help activities.
• Accompany clients to scheduled appointments.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a group home, home‑like setting.
• Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external.

• Must have at least 2 years of experience working with individuals who have challenging behaviors such as physical or verbal aggression, property destruction, manipulation, inaccurate reporting, elopement, paranoia, substance abuse, isolation, and/or self‑injury.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience working with mental health conditions (e.g., bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, depression, anxiety, PTSD, substance use disorders, op positional defiant disorder, conduct disorder, ADHD, eating disorder, disruptive disorders, panic disorders, obsessive‑compulsive disorder, intermittent explosive disorder, antisocial personality disorder, etc.).
• Experience with therapeutic interventions/EUMR and de‑escalation techniques.
• Will be working with one individual in a 1:1 type/modified setting.
