About the Job- Execute protein extractions and analysis independently in analytical chemistry (20%).
- Prepare and run analytical procedures on various instruments and research equipment (10%).
- Operate and maintain lab equipment, including Nitrogen analyzer (5%).
- Keep detailed records of all experiments in laboratory notebooks, databases, and spreadsheets (5%).
- Train other researchers on lab equipment, procedures and analysis (5%).
- Perform general laboratory tasks including tracking supplies and maintaining tidy lab benches (5%).
- Required: BSc in Food Science or related field.
- Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, conducting composition analysis and protein-related assays.

Pay and BenefitsPay Range: $22.00; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
