Phlebotomist

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II at Saint Paul, MN! This is a 3-months contract role (with high possibility of extension) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment.

Location: Saint Paul, MN 55102

Schedule:

Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Central Time)

Hours per Week: 40 hours

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Highlights: $25/hour

• Perform venipuncture and capillary collections (pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients)
• Collect and process both clinical and forensic specimens following established protocols
• Verify patient demographics and obtain patient initials/signature post-venipuncture to confirm proper labeling
• Label, prepare, and package specimens for laboratory testing
• Maintain accurate documentation and records
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and dress code
• Maintain a safe, professional, and clean environment
• Demonstrate strong customer service and professionalism
• Travel to and support multiple Patient Service Centers or physician offices as needed
• Perform duties independently with minimal supervision

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 1–3 years of phlebotomy experience REQUIRED
• Must include pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
