Duration: 12 Months+
The Sr. BA needs to be a leader and has to have experience in driving the business requirements process…This person will likely be called the Requirements Manager if they truly qualify. The leadership part is really a personality trait…you'll know it when you see it.
Required Experience (All the points in bold are a must):
- Experience with Service Orientated Architecture
- Medicare / Medicaid experience is a plus
- BA / BSA experience is a must
- UAT Experience is a must
- Experience interacting with the architects/designers to assess feasibility of converting requirements into technical designs.
- Lastly, they both should clearly understand what a traceability matrix is and should have created one themselves.
