Project Manager, Graduate Medical Education Operations

The Operations Project Manager supports the Central Graduate Medical Education (GME) team by helping operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with Health Partners' mission to improve health and well-being.

• Maintains the GME intranet and shared digital spaces, making sure information is easy to find, accurate, and accessible.
• Manages day-to-day operational activities such as trainee onboarding, program invoicing, contracts, and reimbursements
• Leads projects that improve how the central GME office functions.
• Ensures timelines are met, deliverables are clear, and communication flows effectively across the GME community.

• Information management
• Database
• Experience supporting invoicing, contracting, or finance-related administrative work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Associate's degree with higher level applicable experience could substitute.

FTE 1.0 (40 hrs. weekly), Day shift, Monday-Friday
