Schedule: Part-Time | Every Other Weekend ( Evening and Overnight Shifts Available)

Pay Range: $18 – $25 per hour

Shift Differentials: +$1.00/hour evenings and +$1.75/hour overnights

Additional Perks: Annual bonus eligibility.

Sunflower Communities in Elmore is looking for caring, dependable Nursing Assistants and Caregivers to join our team every other weekend. This role is ideal for someone who values consistency, meaningful connections, and making a genuine difference in the lives of older adults.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver respectful, resident-centered care in Assisted Living and Memory Care settings.
• Assist with daily needs such as mobility, transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
• Support resident safety while encouraging independence and dignity.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
