Overview
People Wellness Center – St. Paul, MN is seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing EIDBI team. In this role, you will design and oversee individualized treatment plans, conduct assessments, supervise clinical staff, and support children with autism and their families. We are committed to delivering high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based ABA services.

- Salary: $80,000 – $105,000 per year (based on experience)
- Sign-on bonus: $3,000 – $5,000 (based on experience)
- Monthly performance bonus opportunities
- Flexible schedule options (clinic + home + hybrid)
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
- Analyze data and adjust treatment plans based on progress
- Provide supervision, training, and performance feedback to RBTs/BTs
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
- Ensure all documentation meets BCBA and Minnesota DHS EIDBI standards
- Participate in clinical meetings, staff trainings, and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in all services
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Active BCBA certification
- Must obtain Minnesota Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) license within first 30 days of employment
- Experience working with children with ASD or developmental disabilities preferred
- Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage caseload, supervise staff, and ensure treatment integrity
- Reliable transportation for community-based services
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Structured sessions with defined goals and measurable outcomes
- Strong supervision model with protected BCBA time
- Focus on treatment integrity, data accuracy, and parent training
