Direct Support Professional - White Bear Lake

19.50 per hour, Hourly, Full Time

$19.50 hourly + $1000 Sign-On Bonus for all FT DSPs

Regular full-time DSPs typically work 33 hours per week.

Mon-Fri 7:30-2:00 or 8:45-3:15

As a Day Program, we offer consistent day hours Monday through Friday. No need to work evenings, overnights or weekends! Full-time (33 hours per week) shifts currently available.

  • Provide direct support and advocacy throughout the program day
  • Assist with personal care routines with dignity and respect
  • Help participants work toward goals through structured activities and community involvement
  • Communicate clearly with teammates to keep support consistent and safe

What you'll need:

  • Caring, patient, people-first mindset
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Experience in direct care is a plus
  • Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED
