About the Role:
Amazing Health LLC is looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) or ADC-T to join our growing team in Saint Paul, MN. Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling sessions focused on substance use disorder treatment and recovery
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and regulatory standards
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including case managers, medical staff, and community resources
Facilitate psycho educational groups and evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Support clients in developing coping strategies, relapse prevention plans, and life skills
Requirements:
Active LADC licensure or ADC-T status in the state of Minnesota
Experience in substance use disorder (SUD) counseling or a related behavioral health field
Knowledge of evidence-based practices such as CBT, MI, and trauma-informed care
Strong clinical documentation and case management skills
Ability to work effectively with diverse populations in a compassionate, non-judgmental manner
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with Minnesota DHS regulations and compliance standards preferred
