• Active BCBA certification and strong knowledge in school-based behavior analysis
• Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and creating individualized BIPs
• Prior work in educational or pediatric environments highly valued
• Excellent communication and consultative skills, with the ability to work effectively alongside teachers, aides, and families
• Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform functional assessments and develop individualized plans to support student success
• Collaborate with educators and support staff on strategies and ongoing case management
• Provide training and ongoing guidance to school personnel implementing interventions
• Monitor progress, collect data, and adjust plans as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and present findings to interdisciplinary teams
