School Psychologist - Saint Paul, MN

Make a meaningful impact in K-12 education near Saint Paul, MN by supporting students, staff, and families as a dedicated school psychologist. This contract opportunity offers flexible part-time schedules: select either a 3.5-day (25-26 hours/week) or 2.5-day (about 18 hours/week) assignment, with working hours from 8am4pm. There may also be potential for future full-time hours, subject to district staffing needs.

• Education Specialist or Doctoral degree in School Psychology (or equivalent)
• Valid Minnesota school psychologist license issued by PELSB
• Strong grounding in equity, culturally responsive practices, and inclusive service
• Demonstrated expertise with evidence-based assessment, intervention, and mental health support
• National School Psychologist Certification (NCSP) or NCSP-eligibility preferred
• Consultation and problem-solving experience within an MTSS framework preferred
• Proven leadership and facilitation skills supporting adult learners
• Experience or training in crisis prevention, intervention, postvention, and mental health crisis response
• Familiarity with federal/state special education law and compliance
• Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
• Successful background working in urban or multicultural educational settings highly valued

• Deliver comprehensive psychological services to K-12 students, focusing on assessment, consultation, and intervention (excluding early childhood)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement supports for academic, behavioral, and emotional development
• Offer expertise around problem-solving, data-based decision-making, and equity-driven practice
• Foster partnerships with families and staff to advance positive outcomes and inclusive environments
