DESCRIPTION
National Home Healthcare is seeking compassionate and reliable Caregivers to join our team in a cozy, 5-bed assisted living home. You’ll provide hands‑on care and companionship to our residents, helping them live with dignity and comfort.
Responsibilities:- Help clients take prescribed medication
- Assist clients with ambulation and mobility around the facility
- Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
- Help clients with physical therapy exercises
- Plan and prepare meals with assistance from the Dietary Manager
- Perform light housekeeping duties that clients can't complete on their own
- Be a pleasant and supportive companion.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of six months as a caregiver.
- Experience in an Assisted Living preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check with MN DHS.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Compassionate about the care and well-being of others.
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language adequately to respond to individual's needs.
- Ability to see and hear to communicate effectively.
- Ability to lift to 50-75 pounds, which includes transferring individuals.
- Ability to perform delegated nursing tasks as assigned.
- Ability to respond to emergencies in accordance with procedures and guidelines.
- Ability to sit, stand, stoop, bend, reach, push and pull.

Job Information:We are looking for a RA to fill the following shifts from Tuesday, December 23, 2025 - Tuesday, January, 05, 2026 from 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM.
Location: Must be able to commute to or relocate to Maplewood, MN before starting.
