The Role at a glance:
We are looking for a motivated Catering Attendant to join an experienced catering team at the Como Zoo! As a catering attendant with Lancer Hospitality, you will have the opportunity to provide superior service to our customers at catered events, helping to ensure the success of every event you work.
- Pantry
- Order food items as needed.
- Maintain inventory and stock.
- Ensure that food items and orders are within the scope of the given budget.
- Commissary
- Fulfilling and delivering food and personal hygiene orders to inmates in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensuring accuracy of filled orders prior to delivery to inmates.
- This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities, as management may deem necessary from time to time.
- Pantry
- Must-haves: Strong organizational skills.
- Must-haves: Excellent communication and computer skills.
- Must-haves: Knowledge of food storage and safety procedures.
- Nice-to-haves: At least one year’s experience in a food service environment.
- Commissary
- Must-haves: Knowledge of correctional facility standards and requirements, and an ability to adhere to these standards and requirements.
- Must-haves: Excellent customer service and computer skills.
- Must-haves: Have excellent communication and organization skills.
- Nice-to-haves: At least one year’s prior experience in a commissary program.
