Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Services Operator at the Inter Continental Saint Paul Riverfront, located in St. Paul, MN. Responsibilities include providing exceptional service to guests via phone, addressing inquiries, managing reservations, providing accurate information about hotel services, handling guest requests, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. The operator will communicate effectively with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction during their stay.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with a focus on professional and friendly guest interactions
  • Proficiency in handling phone communication and managing guest inquiries or requests effectively
  • Experience with reservation management systems and handling bookings
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate documentation and efficient service
  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with multiple hotel departments
  • Prior experience in hospitality or a customer service-related role is preferred
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional relevant certifications are a plus
