hat You’ll Do:
Oversee all housekeeping operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training.
Ensure all guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and quality standards.
Develop and implement housekeeping policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Manage inventory and ordering of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost control.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure compliance with standards.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints regarding housekeeping services in a professional manner.
We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper or in a similar role is required.
Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Knowledge of housekeeping best practices and safety regulations.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A passion for hospitality and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
