Job Description

We are seeking a Housekeeper for out Motel, to join our team!

You will perform a variety of light cleaning and organizing duties.

Seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional for fast-paced, independent room turnovers. You will be responsible for ensuring every room is sanitized, fresh, and perfectly reset to our professional standards.

Schedule:Daily work, hours vary per day, 10AM – 2:00 PM (Flexible/Increased hours on weekends/Mondays). work hours changes from 2 to 5 hours per day of work it varies.

Pay:$13.00 – $15.00/hour + 100% of guest tips

Key Responsibilities

• Room Turnover (15–25 mins/room) depend of room condition at checkout:Deep clean bathrooms, kitchenettes (fridge/stove/dishes), and floors. Dust, vacuum, bugs, ceiling fans, and ensure surfaces are hair-free., make bed, and have room ready for guest arrival
• Laundry & Supplies:Process linens (stain-free/disinfected), restock toiletries, coffee supplies, and paper products.
• Property Care:Maintain common areas, clean windows (inside/out), and report maintenance issues or supply needs in writing.
• Guest Interaction:Assist with basic requests (e.g., lockouts) and maintain professional boundaries.

Requirements

• Experience:Previous hotel, commercial, or custodial cleaning experience preferred.
• Traits:Punctual, trustworthy, and able to work independently without supervision.
• Standards:Strict "no drugs/alcohol/smoke/drama" policy. Must take pride in high-quality work.
• Physical:Ability to lift/move items as needed and work at a brisk pace.

Uniform & Logistics

• Attire:Solid-colored polo or modest T-shirt with khaki, navy, or black work pants/shorts.
  Slip-on shoes/flip-flops
  are recommended for easy removal while cleaning inside rooms.
• Transport:Must have a reliable method of transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a clean and orderly environment
• Sterilize various tools and equipment
• Move reasonably small furniture as necessary
• Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Familiarity with cleaning materials and equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic
