Interim Corporate Recruiter

The Corporate Recruiter will support the Talent Acquisition team through a high volume of corporate hiring needs during the first half of the year. This consultant will focus on recruiting for corporate-facing roles across Finance & Accounting and Human Resources, acting as a consultative partner to hiring leaders while navigating evolving priorities tied to acquisition-driven growth. This role is well suited for an experienced corporate recruiter who can deliver results quickly, provide market insight, and flex as business needs shift.

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles including HR, talent development, and Finance & Accounting positions
• Partner closely with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and provide consultative recruiting support
• Source and engage candidates using multiple channels such as Linked In, Indeed, and other job boards
• Provide market insights, influence hiring decisions, and push back when needed to ensure quality outcomes
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities driven by acquisition activity and organizational growth
• Collaborate with the TA team to ensure coverage, alignment, and consistent communication

• Strong corporate recruiting background with demonstrated success in Finance & Accounting and HR roles
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Ability to act as a trusted, consultative partner to leaders and stakeholders
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a team-oriented mindset
• Comfort leveraging multiple sourcing tools and ATS platforms
• Alignment with a mission-driven healthcare organization; industry experience a plus
