Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and operationally strong Senior Director of Human Resources to serve as a key member of the HR leadership team at Health Partners. This executive leader will drive enterprise workforce strategies that align talent initiatives with organizational priorities and business performance. Reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role partners closely with executive leaders across Care Delivery, Shared Services, Health Plan, and and/or the Institute to shape and implement HR strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness, enhance the colleague experience, fosters a culture of excellence, and positions the organization for long-term success.

Schedule

Full time, Monday through Friday, regular business hours.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 13 years of progressive experience in human resources, leadership, and/or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of proven experience leading teams and driving strategic initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Skilled in navigating complex organizational structures and aligning HR strategies with business priorities to drive operational success and organizational effectiveness
  • Exceptional interpersonal and coaching skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Expertise in implementing and optimizing talent management practices and routines, including workforce planning, recruitment, talent development, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws, ensuring HR practices comply with legal standards and supporting proactive risk mitigation strategies.
  • Expertise in strategic HR leadership, including talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging data and insights to drive HR strategies and solutions.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence change initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and regulatory requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and key partners.
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing HR teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
