We’re seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative HR Technology Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance our Workday platform. In this role, you’ll serve as a technical point-of-contact for the HR team, ensuring our systems are configured effectively, data remains accurate, and HR technology supports the evolving needs of our business.

What You’ll DoSystem Expertise & Support
- Act as the technical expert for assigned Workday modules—understanding functionality, dependencies, user experience, and documentation needs.
- Provide day-to-day support by troubleshooting issues, resolving system errors, analyzing process flaws, and managing routine operational activities.
- Prepare for and support semi-annual Workday releases, including regression testing and implementing required updates.
Configuration & Enhancements
- Configure and maintain Workday functionality across one or more modules (e.g., Talent, Learning, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, or Benefits).
- Translate business needs into system requirements and recommend solutions that align with best practices and system capabilities.
- Collaborate with HR functional leaders to design, test, and implement process improvements.
Stakeholder Partnership
- Facilitate working sessions to gather requirements and communicate complex technical concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Create and maintain documentation that enables strong understanding and adoption of system capabilities.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay current with Workday roadmaps and HR technology trends by participating in Workday Community, user groups, and networking opportunities.
- Support cross-functional Workday projects and partner with HR teams to identify opportunities for process and system optimization.
At least 2 years of hands-on Workday configuration experience in one or more modules:
Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Absence, or Benefits.Strong understanding of Workday architecture, security model, and business process framework.
Advanced Excel skills
, including pivot tables, formulas, and v-lookups.Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, and facilitating discussions with business stakeholders.
Ability to create clear, user-friendly documentation and explain technical concepts in business terms.
Strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation, with the ability to manage both planned and unplanned daily operational needs.
Foundational knowledge of HR processes, data, and annual business cycles.
Background supporting production environments in Agile/Scrum settings.
Experience collaborating as part of an HR Technology team to develop best practices and drive process improvements.
The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount would be based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills. $68,300.00 - $83,600.00
