The Part‑Time Human Resources Coordinator supports the organization’s people and mission through accurate data management, confidential recordkeeping, and people‑centered HR support. This position is responsible for maintaining employee and candidate data, supporting recruitment and onboarding processes, and providing reliable administrative support to the Human Resources department. This role requires discretion, accuracy, and a collaborative approach when working with employees, applicants, and leadership.

- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee and candidate records in the HRIS and Applicant Tracking System, including data entry, audits, personnel files, and organizational charts.
- Handle sensitive employee information with a high level of confidentiality and ensure HR records and processes comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Provide people‑centered HR support by monitoring the HR inbox, responding to routine inquiries, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including I‑9 documentation.
