• Design, build, and maintain Workday integrations using various Workday tools and APIs
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing integrations for stability and performance
• Develop scalable solutions for HR, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and third-party systems
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and governance standards
• Partner with HR COEs, Payroll, IT, and vendors to deliver high-quality integration outcomes

• Minimum of 6 years of Workday integration experience, including hands-on development
• Strong proficiency with Workday Studio, Orchestration Builder, EIB, and Workday Web Services
• Solid understanding of HR and Payroll processes
• Experience troubleshooting integration issues and collaborating with technical and functional teams
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or HR
• Workday certifications
• Experience supporting large, global organizations
• Familiarity with Azure, middleware tools, or SFTP automation
